Credits are how you pay for reports. Each report costs 1 to 4 credits depending on depth: Essential reports 1 credit, Professional 2 credits, Intelligence 3 credits, Custom reports (Teams and above) 4 credits.
Do credits expire?
No. Credits never expire. Use them whenever you need them.
What happens if I run out of credits?
Top up by buying any bundle, or your plan auto-covers additional credits at an overage rate: Individual $50/credit, Individual Pro $45/credit, Teams $50/credit, Teams Pro $40/credit, Enterprise negotiated.
What counts as unlimited AI Q&A?
Every paid plan includes unlimited AI Q&A. Ask as many zoning, building code, or due diligence questions as you want. Reports are separate and use credits.
